Combating Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria Biopharmaceutical Accelerator (CARB-X)

The European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID) 

ESCMID is the leading Society for Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases in Europe. ESCMID is proud to unite 12K members as well as 45K affiliated members through 77 national and international affiliated societies. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, ESCMID now plays an important role in emerging infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance education and research. 

The Global Antibiotic Research & Development Partnership (GARDP) 

GARDP accelerates the development and access of treatments for drug-resistant bacterial infections. Together with public, private and non-profit partners, GARDP works to preserve the power of antibiotics for generations to come.

BEAM Alliance 

BEAM Alliance was created in 2016 to carry the voice of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) innovating against AntiMicrobial Resistance (AMR). BEAM works together with stakeholders to shape policies that can improve research and development in the AMR field. BEAM Alliance members develop a wide range of solutions across three key areas: prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of antibiotic-resistant infections.

LifeArc 

LifeArc is a not-for-profit life science organisation leading the way for change in rare diseases and supporting promising initiatives in global health. LifeArc funds, collaborates and provides scientific expertise to improve the lives of people with rare diseases and in global health. LifeArc collaborates with others already working in these areas to create better tests, treatments and cures by providing investment, expert scientific support and commercialisation advice.
